It's a fitness mistake that almost everyone makes.

It's so easy to get on treadmill, elliptical, or bike...and stay there...way too long and without the right intensity.

It's possible that you've been using the same cardio routine forever.

Your heart is a muscle, too...and it needs to be challenged.

But, it needs to be challenged safely and correctly using a formula that is specific to you as an individual.

Reason #2 - You Don't Lift Weights

I've heard a lot of people say that they want to lose some weight before they start lifting weights.

Hi, I'm David Bohmiller.

My friends call me Boh, my family calls me Dave, and my clients call me names that I can't repeat here...(just kidding...sort of).

For the past decade, I have been an active health professional.

I've been a Master Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Fitness Director, Author, Consultant and Teacher to 100s of Personal Trainers.

The weight loss techniques that I use are a combination of teachings from:

  • my Bachelor's degree in Physical Education / Exercise Science from Bridgewater State College
  • my National Certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS)
  • and from the many health workshops and fitness seminars that I attend each year to continue my education.

With Our Online Personal Training You Will...

1) Be Given Detailed Instruction

Efficiency is key to your results. Since not everyone learns in the same way, our fitness programs are printable and contain pictures of each exercise you'll be performing. If you're working out in the convenience of your home, you'll be able to play video of each exercise so you can be confident that your technique is proper.

2) Have the Support You Need

Our photo and video guides are a great resource in and of themselves, but if you do need further guidance, we are available for phone and/or email support and consultation. Sometimes it is nice to hear a human voice on the other side of the phone.

3) Learn for Life

One of the nice things about online personal training is that it is significantly less expensive than the one-on-one in-person alternative. As an example, one year of private in-home Personal Training (about 150 sessions of 3x/week) would cost a client of mine just over $19,000. With our online program options, we've made fitness much more financially accessible and available to everyone.

4) Have Fun

I've always prided myself on being creative in my exercise selection. I know that many of my clients look forward to the variety of exercises that we use. I'm happy that we are able to bring you the same type of design in an online setting. If I thought it'd be boring for you, I wouldn't be offering this at all.

Q. How Do I Get My Program?

A. After selecting your membership type, I'll be sending you a few emails. These are very important. They include your username and password to our members only area and they include links to the fitness and nutrition questionnaires that allow me to customize your program. Once your fitness program has been designed (usually within 72 hours) your fitness and nutrition programs will be emailed to you.

Q. What equipment will I need? Do I need a home gym?

A. If you do happen to have a home gym or are a member of a health club, your routine will be tailored to the equipment available (as long as it coincides with your goals). Even if you do not have access to gym equipment, we are confident that your prescribed exercise program is going to be fun and produce the desired results.

Q. What if I'm not happy with the program?

A. Our first course will be to learn how we can improve your program for you, but if the re-designed routine is still not up to your expectations, we'll be happy to refund your investment in its entirety.

Q. I heard somewhere that I can make money by helping you. Is this true?

A. Yes. Every member becomes an automatic affiliate of ours and will have access to our referral rewards resources. You don't need a website (although it's not a bad idea). All you need is a mouth or an email address. Actually, it's what we recommend you do while we are in the process of designing your program. You'll be given your own affiliate id and can tell all your friends. As long as you DO NOT SPAM anyone.
